This fabulous piece is by Zacasha. This beige feather collar is quite a statement piece. Made in Bali, done in tiger cream and beige colored natural feathers, beads and puka shells. This piece is dramatic when worn alone, but layer it with a one or a collection of Zacasha's tassel necklaces to really make a statement. It has a tie closure and it is adjustable. Colors will vary.
