In an effort to make them more accessible  this Midnite Navy Twisted Top Hat is made from wool felt, a nice alternative to fur felt. This piece is trimmed with 2" Navy grosgrain and a collection of peacock feathers. This hat is a true statement piece and we think you will love this entrance making Topper.
